Branching out - all done
Hey,
I have finished my mother's scarf just in time. I have gift-wrapped it as well now, so just need to pack my stuff too and I'm all ready to go.
Some pics below, which I won't add to my own site till I've given her the scarf, so not to ruin her surprise.

Fantastic! Well done on finishing it. I wish I could keep up to date with present knitting. I already feel behind on Xmas! Have a great time - don't buy too much yarn ;)

Xmas knitting? Gosh you ARE an advance planner aren't you? I keep changing my mind on what I want to knit for Xmas. Scarves are out of the way, as they take way too long, so one day is 'hats for everybody', then I keep thinking of how quick armwarmers are to make for my girlfriends, then I'll be thinking of something else altogether.
Fickle, eh?
